I've recently started to get the BSOD, I have tried searching endlessly for a solution with no decent results. Files Associated With the Error, According to BlueScreenView Each dump file implicates hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe as issues. Checked my fans, and dust in the system. The fact that you've reformatted and you're still having issues makes it fairly clear the main issues are hardware related.
Do you have a Win 7 DVD that you could try doing a repair on your system?The second BSOD appears to be caused by your Video card drivers "atikmdag.sys".
