Most people if I recall correctly fixed this error by updating the bios to the latest drivers. I could be blaming Acronis, since snapman.sys is a Acronis snapshot system driver file.

It is very unlikely to be caused by either your HDD or system memory. But now would it be fair to say that the CPU is to blame? Only problem with that is I hear it could potentially damage the computer even more.
