The blue screen only pops up seldomly while I am on the internet. I'm updating the graphic driver now. My GPU clock was dropping from 850 to 157 MHz. If the old driver is not uninstalled before you install the new one, this may cause problems. The computer is only three months old and every once in a while a blue screen will pop up. My gpu is AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series.

but you really think its a hardware level problem?
