Can't find your answer ? Click on Restart in the window that opens. We are hoping that after the non-Windows Services are disabled and you reboot the computer will boot normally and perform properly like it is in Safe Mode. I only have some old backups that Windows did daily and it didn't even backup my program directories and everything. useful reference
